how to enable shortcut key for cortana

hai guys above video i am showing about what is the cortana and enable shortcut key for cortana i.e win+c

Cortana:- cortana is assistant like google assistant,siri,amazon alexa,bixby. By using cortana we can easily operate our windows computer with voice.

for shortcut key i.e win+c  just follow these steps
1) open windows settings and click on cortana

2) enable hey cortana responds and operate some cool commands using hey cortana like open this pc,set the alaram at 5 AM etc and also enable the keyboard shortcut key i.e win+c
3) enable lock  screen for use cortana even when device is locked
4) It is a personal assistant which is very useful to our windows computer and every one try to enable this.
