hai guys above video i am showing about how to convert the computer settings in one language to another language is it possible to convert one language to convert one language to another yes

ust follow these commands 

1) Open window settings in your computer and search edit language and  keyboard options

2) go region and language and click on add language 

3) Choose the correct language for changing click on it and back

4) click on the language and click set as default

5) Restart your computer

These commands  are enough for changing the language in computer
