New Emoji for ios 12

Unicode Consortium revealed the final set of emojis that will be coming to next-gen iOS and Android OS versions as a part of Unicode 11.0. But the availability date was not revealed. Now, it has been confirmed that the new set of emoji characters will be arriving as soon as June 5, which is coincidentally a day after Apple’s WWDC 2018 keynote event.

June 5 is the date when Unicode releases all the new emojis to vendors like Microsoft, Google, Apple, Samsung and others. It is up to these vendors if they choose to keep or eliminate certain emoji characters in their OS platforms.

Unicode 11.0 has as many as 157 new emojis for smartphone, tablet. There also are a total of 2666 emojis available.The new set of emojis include Woozy Face, Hot Face, Pleading Face, curly hair, bald head, super villains and other emojis.
