how to lock and unlock the drives in computer

hai guys above video i am showing about how to lock and unlock the drives (c,d,e,f etc) in computer system.

just follow these steps which is very useful to lock and unlock the drives in computer system

1) Click on this pc you will see drives (ex: c,d,,e,f etc) in your computer system
2) choose the drive and right click on drive you will see the Turn on bitlocker option click on that.

3) after click on Turn on bitlocker option click right mark to the use a password to unlock the drive and give the password for the unlock the drive and click on the next button

4) save the file for recovery the drive in computer system there are lot of options for saving compare to all i prefer the save to a file (third option) and give the location for saving.

5) Chose the option for Encrypt used disk space only or encrypt entire drive i prefer the option if you click the second option there is more time to taken for encrypting i.e depends upon computer system but it encrypt entire drive remember

6) click on new encryption mode click the next button

7) after choosing click on next button and finally click on encrypting its start to encrypting if you choose the encrypt total drive in above there is a large time taken to encrypting (5 mins)

After restarting your computer your drive is locked for unlock click on window button manage bitlocker chose the locked drive finally click on the turnoff bitlocker it start to decryption .
